Kawaii Cuisine: Cheese Tortellini with cream-dill-asparagus sauce & Camembert Cheese

Image

What do you need?

1 pack of Cheese Tortellini (around 250 gr.)

6-7 asparagus strings (medium-sized)

Heavy Cream

Dill

1/2 tablet Maggi Chicken Bouillon

Camembert Cheese

How to cook it?

Boil the pasta (with a little bit of salt in the water) around 15 min or to taste (depends on the pasta). At the same time wash and cut the asparagus on small rounds and sautee it with a little bit of water and the chicken broth. When the asparagus gets soft (but not too much) add some heavy cream, fresh cut dill and black pepper and leave for 2-3 more minutes on the stove, stirring occasionally. When the pasta is ready wash it, drain it, put it in a plate and spread the sauce on top. Add some cut on cubes Camembert cheese and you have an amazing and simple dish.

When my roommate tried it his words were “I had an orgy in my mouth and a multiple orgasm eating it. Thank you, meow-meow”

Kawaii cuisine: Pasta desu!!!

A very easy and delicious recipe, perfect for a quick lunch or to impress someone with a casual, easy & tasty dinner.

What do you need?

Penne Mezzani Rigatte (that’s what I used, but you can substitute it) – A 500gr. packet will make about 3-4 meals

1-2 big spoons Pesto Genovese

Genoa Salami

Monterey Jack Cheese

How to cook it?

Boil the pasta to “al dente” (don’t forget to add some salt to the water, while boiling), then wash it in cold water. Remove the water from the pot and add the pasta with the pesto, cook for few minutes on the stove (gently stir) then add the salami & the cheese. Wait for the cheese to melt, put some black pepper and eat. Pair with some wine if you feel like it.
